<br/><br/><b>What role looks like:</b><br/><br/>We are looking for a seasoned Engineering leader with 12+ years of experience to lead a talented team of engineers building innovative products using Java, Microservices architecture, AWS cloud platform, AI driven and the Angular framework.

As a key member of our engineering leadership team, you will be responsible for driving the development and execution of our technical roadmap, fostering a high- performing and collaborative team environment, and ensuring the delivery of high- quality software on time and within budget <br/><br/><b>What you'll Deliver:</b><br/><br/>- Lead and manage a team of 40+ software engineers, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning.<br/><br/>- Implementation of cutting-edge AI technologies.

Managing and mentoring a team of top-notch engineers and data scientists.<br/><br/>Focus on AI-Driven Solutions:<br/><br/>- Develop and execute the technical roadmap, aligning it with the overall product vision and business goals.<br/><br/>- Continuously improve engineering and delivery practices to increase quality, velocity productivity and to provide better visibility on the progress of work.<br/><br/>- Be accountable for the software deliverables to meet all requirements of quality, security, scalability, modifiability, extensibility, testability, etc.<br/><br/>- Break down complex technical problems into manageable tasks and assign them effectively to team members based on their skills and experience.<br/><br/>- Conduct performance reviews, provide coaching, mentor the team and invest in continuous development of high-performing team of engineers by enforcing a sense of pride and ownership in the work they do.<br/><br/>- Build a stellar team and manage all people aspects of the team, such as recruit, reviews, mentoring, promotions, etc to have top-tier engineering talent.<br/><br/>Budgeting and Resource Management:<br/><br/>- Partner with cross functional team, Product Managers, Design and other Engineering leaders to develop the best possible products for our customers.<br/><br/>- Hands on experience analyzing implementation design to identify potential bottlenecks, potential issues and inefficiencies.<br/><br/>- Define and implement coding standards maintaining code quality.<br/><br/>- Define and implement design standards for Nonfunctional requirements.<br/><br/>- Effectively communicate technical information to both technical and non- technical stakeholders.<br/><br/>- Stay up to date with the latest technologies and trends in Java, Microservices, AWS, Angular and AI.<br/><br/>- Champion agile development methodologies and best practices & lead your team to make the best technical decisions.

<br/><br/>- Track product progress, measure team performance, and identify areas for improvement.<br/><br/>- Contribute to the overall engineering culture by promoting collaboration, knowledge sharing, and a positive work environment.<br/><br/>- Continue to grow a strong, agile, inclusive and collaborative team and foster a growth mindset in yourself and your team.<br/><br/>- Support customers and live site in a dev-ops model.<br/><br/><b>Ideally, What You Bring:</b><br/><br/>- 12+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years of experience in a leadership role.<br/><br/>- Strong technology expertise in Java, Microservices architecture, AWS cloud platform, AI, and the Angular framework.<br/><br/>AI-Driven Solutions experience:<br/><br/>- Solid background in building scalable and distributed systems, with expertise in technologies such as Spring boot (Spring (Core, AOP, Transactions, Data, Security), Cassandra, Kubernetes (K8s), Kafka, Docker and others.<br/><br/>- Experience with security best practices and protocols (e.g., SSL/TLS, OAuth)<br/><br/>- Hand on experience towards Architecture and Design patterns.

<br/><br/>- Practice industry's leading best guidelines/processes in building enterprise products/components<br/><br/>- Proven track record of successfully leading and managing high-performing engineering teams.<br/><br/>- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.<br/><br/>- Ability to mentor and coach others, helping them develop their technical and leadership skills.<br/><br/>- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.<br/><br/>- Experience with Agile development methodologies.<br/><br/>- Ability to prioritize effectively and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.<br/><br/>- Experience in building and scaling software applications.<br/><br/>- Experience in recruiting and hiring top-tier engineering talent.<br/><br/>- Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.<br/><br/><b>Bonus Expertise:</b><br/><br/>- Experience in a specific industry relevant to our company.<br/><br/>- Experience building and operating large-scale distributed systems.<br/><br/>- Experience with DevOps principles and practices.<br/><br/>- Experience in cloud security best practices.<br/><br/>- Open-source contributions..
